Former BJP MLC Pasha Patel has been named as the chairman of Maharashtra government's agricultural prices body.
"Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has appointed Pasha Patel as the chairman of State Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices," an official said today.
Patel, who hails from Latur district, is a veteran farmer leader and was a close associate of Shetkari Sanghatna leader, the late Sharad Joshi.
