As many as 327 passengers scheduled to depart by two separate flights to Bengaluru and Mumbai staged a brief protest today at the airport here after the planes they were supposed to travel returned to the bay due to technical snag.

An Air India flight to Bengaluru and a GO Airways flight to Mumbai with 154 and 173 passengers respectively returned to the bay due to technical snag after taxing into the runway, airport officials said.

Air India and GO Airways flights were scheduled to leave at 2.30 and 3.30 PM respectively.
