Pattinson, 26 and Stewart, 22, whose relationship is going through a rough patch after the actress had a fling with director Rupert Sanders, will go for a holiday organised by their close friends, reported Sun online.
"His friends knew that it would be good to have time to unwind afterwards. They are just going to drink beer, sight-see, drive, play cards and relax.
"They've even got a campervan so they don't have to think about booking hotels along the way," a source said.
The couple have been dating each other ever since they met on the sets of the first installment of the vampire series in 2008.
