Jammu and Kashmir rural development minister Abdul Haq Khan today today attacked National Conference and Congress blaming them for the misgovernance in state during past decades due to which, he claimed, people had lost trust in democracy.
"The NC and Congress is to be blamed for corruption, misgovernance and political mess in the state due to which there is loss of trust in democracy among the people of the valley," Khan, a senior PDP leader, said today.
Flanked by Minister Basharat Bukhari, he castigated political rivals, NC-Congress combine for eroding of trust and faith of people in democracy.

Addressing bye-election campaign rallies in Budgam district, they said the National Conference has nothing to show to the public to seek votes and were therefore resorting to name calling and rhetoric.
They said thePDP has changed the dynamics of the state by starting a massive development projects since 2002 and continued with same from 2014.
