Opposition Peoples Democratic Party in Jammu and Kashmir today nominated a Boston University returned columnist, Waheed-ur-Rehman Para, as in-charge of the party's youth wing.
Para, son of a farmer and a resident south Kashmir's Pulwama district, has done a course in investigative journalism from Boston University, USA, a PDP spokesman said here today.
He said Para has also studied International Peace and Conflict Studies from Islamic University of Science and Technology, Kashmir.
