"There is total anarchy in the state because the present regime has failed to bring transparency in governance," he said, welcoming some activists from Bishnah assembly constituency into the party fold.
"PDP has earned credibility of the people through its convictions and commitments. We want to change the present ineffective system with people's support and cooperation," he said.
The Mufti said the aim of his party was not only to attain power but to uphold the dignity and honour of people of Jammu and Kashmir.
He said it was because of the pro-people policies of the party, that PDP has emerged as a strong alternative in the state within a short span of time.
He also said that the present regime has crossed all limits as far as corruption, favouritism and nepotism was concerned.
