"Except promises, the coalition government has done nothing to mitigate miseries of the displaced community," the president of migrant wing of the PDP, Ashok Bhat, said here.
"The coalition regime has totally failed to provide basic amenities to KPs, both migrants and non-migrants," he said.
Bhat said the Central government had provided huge funds for rehabilitating the KPs but the Omar Abdullah government shifted migrants to Jagti township without basic amentities like water and electricity.
