In a scathing attack on PDP, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today accused the opposition of using "ill-gotten money" to "buy" public support in Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing a convention of party workers in Budgam district of central Kashmir, Abdullah expressed apprehensions that PDP might use the same tactics in the upcoming Assembly elections to tilt the balance in its favour.
"PDP received huge sums from its mentors to buy support of people in the Lok Sabha elections and the party is planning to apply same tactics in the assembly elections," he alleged.
