The '99 Problems' hitmaker announced the first annual 'Budweiser Made in America' event in partnership with Philadelphia, Pennsylvania mayor Michael A Nutter last week, reported Contactmusic.
"Pearl Jam will officially be joining the lineup for Jay Z's first ever Made In America festival," the band members posted on Twitter.
The festival, produced by Live Nation, will take place at Fairmount Park and a portion of the ticket sales will be donated to charity organisations.
