Actress Penelope Cruz has gone topless in a steamy intimate scene with co-star Emile Hirsch in an Italian movie "Venuto al Mondo", meaning Twice Born.
The movie stars the 38-year-old actress as a single mother who takes her teenage son to Sarajevo, where his father died in the Bosnian war 16 years before.
The racy flashbacks show her passionate relationship with lover Diego, played by Hirsch, who stayed behind while she fled the city with the baby.
Penelope, 38, who is currently expecting her second child with husband Javier Bardem, has a two-year-old son Leonardo. The couple married in 2010 in a private ceremony at a friend's home.
