Noted publishing house Penguin would come out with a book on the life and achievement of founder of Super 30 Anand Kumar in helping students from poor section crack IIT exam.

An agreement to this effect was signed here today.

"I am happy that a big publishing house is coming out with the book. I will spend the money coming from it for shaping the career of poor students," Kumar said.

His academy in Patna provides free fooding and lodging to poor students while preparing them for IITs.

The book would encapsulate the achievement of Kumar, whose Super 30 initiative has helped 360 students so far from the underprivileged sections reach premier engineering institution IIT since its inception in 2001.

It would trace the modest background of Kumar, his struggle after the untimely death of his father that prevented him from pursuing higher studies in Cambridge, his days as a vendor who sold 'papad' made by his mother door to door to eke out a living and the start of Super 30 in 2001.
