Ruling BJP in Jammu and Kashmir today said the party and its coalition partner PDP had geared up to make the November 7 rally of Prime Minister Narendra Modi here successful, asserting it would send a message that the state would move forward in a good atmosphere.
"We are in Kashmir since the last four-five days and are overseeing the preparations for the rally. This time we are seeing that even as there is excitement among the party workers, common people are also excited to see and listen to Modi.
"The stadium has been prepared well to host the rally. People from all corners of the Valley will come to see and listen to the Prime Minister and this will send a message that the situation will become more peaceful in the coming days and we will move forward in a good atmosphere," BJP state president Jugal Kishore told reporters here.

"There are no second thoughts to this that there is a government of BJP, PDP and PC in Jammu and Kashmir. We all are partners of each other. Modi is the Prime Minister of the country and is coming here, so the leaders of PDP, PC and the BJP have all geared up to make the rally successful.
"There are no second thoughts to it, but what we have seen this time is that the people think of this rally as their own rally and we do not have to work hard because the youth and mothers and sisters are excited to see Modi," he said.
The BJP leader expressed confidence that large number of people would attend the rally at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stadium at Sonwar here.
"Modi has pledged to take everyone along with his slogan of 'sabka saath, sabka vikaas' and with his slogan of development, by virtue of which he has emerged not only as the leader of the country but as a world leader as well. So, people in large numbers will attend the rally," Kishore said.
