"Almost entire Lohai-Malhar block in Kathua district has been without road connectivity resulting into great hardships for people of the region," general secretary and spokesman of JKNPP, Hari Chand Jalmeria, said here today.
The area has been neglected in developmental and tourism front, he said adding this area deserves tehsil status.
