Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today said people's participation and feedback are equally important to make governance accountable for service delivery and to bring visible change.
"People must contribute through their suggestions and recommendations to erase the faults in governance and make the government deliver," Sonowal said during an interaction with citizens at Dibrugarh.
Common citizens are an important part of the administrative system and civil society must take active part in governance, keep a strict vigil on the working of the government and point out its faults and shortcomings, he said.
