Lokayukta court judge N K Sudhindra Rao accorded the permission to the ED officials for questioning Jaggaiah and Venkaiah, the fourth and fifth accused in the case in which former Minister Katta Subramanya Naidu and his son Katta Srinivas are the main accused.
They will be questioned on June 9 and June 11 by the ED officials.
The duo who had been absconding for several months were nabbed at Tirupati on June 2.
