Delhi Youth Congress today took out a candle light march at Dwarka in memory of the 148 lives, mostly children, that were lost in the deadly Taliban attack at a school in Pakistan's Peshawar.
The march, led by Delhi Youth Congress vice-president Tasveer Solanki, started from Durga Park to conclude at the local Chhath Park.
"No religion in the world preaches brutal murder of innocents in its name, and it is high time that we combat religious terrorism and divisive forces," Solanki said.
The march was attended by Congress workers, local RWA office bearers among others.
