Kerala Minister for Health, V S Sivakumar inaugurated the PET CT facility, the first such facility in north Kerala, at the Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences here today.
"Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences has set a benchmark in the health care Services in Kerala. This has been proved once again by adding the first PET CT in North Kerala by MIMS", Sivakumar said.
"I recommend that these advanced diagnostic services should be available to the common man also at an affordable rate", he said.
The PET CT Services will be available for public on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at affordable expenses.
