Peter England, the largest menswear brand in semi- premium category, today said it will be launching 100 more exclusive stores this fiscal to help fuel the targeted 20 per cent volume growth.

"Our last fiscal performance was quiet robust. We grew by almost 25 per cent, which is much ahead of the market and helping the brand cross the Rs 1,000-crore turnover mark for the first time," company's Chief Operating Officer Kedar Apshankar told PTI here.

This year, the brand from Madura Garments from the Aditya Birla group, should be able to grow at least by 20 per cent over the past fiscal, Apshankar added.

The company official said the company, which sells 10 million garments every year, achieved this figure mostly though sales from existing stores, mostly in smaller towns.

"We added close to 75 exclusive stores last fiscal, taking out total outlets to 650, and by the end of this financial year we should have at least 750 stores," he said.
