A 40-year-old pilgrim hailing from Madhya Pradesh today died under mysterious circumstances at Sri Krishna Janmasthan here, officials said today.
The pilgrim identified as Bharat Lal, a resident of Sagar district in MP, suddenly fell down in the shrine premises around 8.30 PM, City Magistrate Ramaraj Yadav said.
He was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared him brought dead, he said.

Lal was in the city for Janmashtami celebration.
An investigation is on in the matter and the cause of the death will be known after the postmortem, he added.
