Supermodel Kate Moss has been sued by the bosses at Playboy magazine over the use of raunchy snaps.
The 40-year-old beauty shocked everybody when she wore the company's iconic bunny outfit to pose for a series of indecent shots during her 40th birthday celebration and the publication's 60th anniversary issue.
The lawyers of the magazine also filed a lawsuit to the bosses of BlackBook magazine website over alleged usage of the images without the permission, reported Contactmusic.
The case filed in the Manhattan Federal Court in New York City blames the BlackBook owners of using the pictures in a bid to attract the 'Internet Traffic'.
This is the second time Playboy bosses have sued someone over the images. Earlier a similar lawsuit was filed against Hearst Communication over the allegation of publishing the link to the nude pictures violating the copyright rules.
