It was a pleasant weather in the national capital today, a day after the onset of monsoon in the city, although high humidity made life of Delhites a tad uncomfortable.
The maximum temperature settled at 36.8 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24 degrees Celsius, four notches below the normal, a MeT department official said.
The city received 0.3 mm rainfall till 8.30 AM today and the humidity oscillated between 47 per cent and 92 per cent.

The weatherman has forecast overcast conditions along with possibilities of light rain and thundershowers in some parts of the city tomorrow.
"The sky will be partly cloudy. Very light rain or thundershowers could occur some parts of the city," the MeT official said.
In Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR), monsoon arrived yesterday, four days before its normal onset.
The showers brought down the temperature to 22.4 degrees Celsius, six notches below the season's average, while the maximum temperature settled at 30.8 degrees Celsius, seven notches below the season's average.
