Delhiites experienced a pleasant day today as mercury settled at below normal levels after rains hit the city.
The maximum temperature was recorded seven notches below the season's average at 25.9 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature settled a notch below the normal at 17 degrees, MeT officials said.
"Safdarjung observatory, which is considered the official reading for Delhi, received 15 mm rainfall in the last 24 hours till 8:30 am while areas under Palam, Lodhi Road, Ayanagar and Ridge recorded 27.2 mm, 24 mm, 19 and 10.4 mm rains," said the MeT official.

As per the Met forecast, the sky will be partly cloudy tomorrow.
"There will be mist in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 30 and 17 degrees respectively," it said.
Humidity was recorded between 61 and 96 per cent.
