It was a pleasant day in the national capital with the maximum temperature settling at 27.7 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.
Smoggy conditions, however, continued in the morning which led to the cancellation of seven trains while 47 were delayed, a senior Railway official said.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 13.2 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year, said a Met department official.

The Met office has forecast clear skies for tomorrow along with mist in the morning.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 28 and 13 degrees respectively," the weatherman said.
Air quality remained outside the 'severe plus' category today and if the trend prevails till tomorrow, emergency measures such ban on construction and entry of trucks may be lifted.
