Delhiites today woke up to a pleasant morning with the weatherman predicting thundery conditions afternoon onwards.
According to the MeT department, the minimum temperature was recorded at 16 degree Celsius while the day temperature is expected to cross 30 degree Celsius.
Humidity level was recorded at 82 per cent till 8.30 AM this morning, an official of the department said.
"There would be partly cloudy sky and thundery conditions may occur afternoon onwards. The maximum temperature is expected to settle around 32 degree Celsius," he said.
Yesterday, while the day temperature was recorded at 32.1 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal, the minimum temperature was 17.8 degrees, two points above normal.
Humidity levels had oscillated between 35 and 90 per cent during the day.
