Pleasant weather in Delhi after light rains

Light rains were witnessed in several parts of the national capital which turned the weather pleasant, with the maximum temperature settling at 30.1 degrees Celsius, four notches below the normal.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 26.6 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year, a Meteorological (MeT) Department official said.

The city received 2.7 mm rainfall till 8.30 am after which it recorded 1.1 mm rains till 5.30 PM.

The humidity levels oscillated between 98 and 78 per cent.

The Met office has forecast overcast skies along with the possibility of intermittent rains for tomorrow.

"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 30 and 26 degrees Celsius respectively," the weatherman said.

 

Yesterday, the minimum and maximum temperatures were recorded at 28.5 and 33.2 degrees Celsius respectively.
