A leader of the People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) was today arrested with arms at Bakulda in Khunti district, police said.
Acting on a tip off, self styled area commander Kali Charan Naik was arrested with a rifle, one 9mm pistol and other materials, Superintendent of Police M Tamilvanan told reporters here.
Naik was wanted in connection with 15 cases of murder, extortion and abduction.
