Nepal Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has left for Singapore on a health check-up, sources in the PM's office said on Friday.
Oli, 67, underwent a kidney transplant surgery in 2007. He is currently on kidney enhancement drug therapy.
The prime minister had returned from Singapore on August 12 after a health check-up. Sources said Oli is revisiting the island nation for medicine dose adjustment.
The sources, however, maintained there was nothing to worry about the prime minister's health.
A day before leaving for Singapore on Thursday, Oli had met Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar at his official residence in Baluwatar.
