Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will address a Congress election rally here on November 21.
"The public rally at Ramlila ground will be addressed by the Prime Minister," a state Congress spokesperson said.
Preparations are afoot for the rally which will be attended by senior leaders, including Union Health minister Ghulam Nabi Azad.
