Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate a housing complex set up by Chandigarh Housing Board here on September 11.
Besides inauguration, the Prime Minister will also hand over possession letters and house keys to some of the beneficiaries, an official release issued by UT Chandigarh PR department said.
A housing project under General Self Financing Housing Scheme 2008 at Sector 63 was set up by Chandigarh Housing Board. Under it, a total of 2,108 flats comprising 336 three bedroom, 888 two bedroom, 564 one bedroom and 320 EWS flats were built.

Thereafter, possession of flats and handing over of house keys shall take place on September 11.
On the occasion, Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT, Chandigarh, Kaptan Singh Solanki, shall be present.
Among those who will also be present would be Chief Ministers of Punjab and Haryana Parkash Singh Badal and Manohar Lal Khattar, Union Minister for Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, M Venkaiah Naidu and Chandigarh MP Kirron Kher, shall also be present on the occasion, it said.
Modi will also launch IT platforms for citizens' facilitation through website and mobile applications for allottees of Chandigarh Housing Board.
