Modi will launch BJP pre-assembly poll campaign in Tamil Nadu on Feb 2

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will kickstart BJP's pre-assembly poll campaign in Tamil Nadu by addressing a public meeting here on February 2, Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan said today.

"The pre-assembly poll campaign will have lasting impact on entire Tamil Nadu which would reflect during the assembly elections and some 10 lakh people from across the state are expected to attend it," Radhakrishnan told reporters.

Inspecting the venue of the meeting, he said BJP, as a party and organisation, is fully geared up for the elections and has already started ground work by forming booth committees.

On alliance, Radhakrishnan claimed more parties are likely to join the NDA, which is intact.
