The PoK refugees, living in different parts of Jammu region, during a protest here today sought a "comprehensive final settlement" and threatened to launch an agitation if the demand was not met at the earliest.
"Since last 10 years we have been fighting for our rights, but state administration has been indifferent to our demands.
"There is no proper communication and we are being forced to run from pillar to post. Our demand for establishment of a Refugee Cell has also been not fulfilled," PoK Refugee Front president, Rachpal Singh, said.

Alleging that the complaints have been falling on deaf ears, Singh said, "It is a question of hundreds of families that are living in poor condition. Where should we go for enquiries."
He warned to launch an agitation across Jammu region if their demands were not met at the earliest.
"We will launch an agitation across Jammu region. How long will we bear the injustice," he said while asking the coalition government to "act or leave".
The organisation has been demanding reservation in employment and education sector for their wards, besides proper representation in the state Assembly.
The refugees have also been asking for a particular amount as compensation for the property which they were forced to leave due to 1948, 1965 and 1971 wars.
