Additional Sessions Judge Kamini Lau ordered an assistant commissioner of police of Delhi's North West district to examine the human trafficking aspect of the case after the victim deposed before her that she was forced into the flesh trade under sedation here and in Mumbai.

The kidnapping-cum-gang rape case was registered here at Shahabad Dairy police station in North West Delhi in December 2011 on the girl's complaint.

She told the court that she had been kidnapped and was forced into the flesh trade by three men and two women, first here in Delhi and then in Mumbai, where she was taken later.

She added she had fled from Mumbai from the clutches of her abductors and tormentors and had lodged the compliant with police here.

"It is writ large that there is a very serious issue of the girl being trafficked and drugged and thereafter compelled into flesh trade which has not been probed into," said ASJ Lau in her order.

"...The possibility of administration of drugs as claimed by her (girl) also cannot be ruled out which requires to be investigated into," the court added while asking the ACP to probe the human trafficking aspect of the case by November 2.

The court also slated the matter for November 2 to hear arguments on amendment of charges framed against all the five accused after the girl made the allegations of human trafficking. Till now the accused have been booked only under charges of kidnapping and rape.

The victim told the court that while she was confined here, the accused constantly beat her up and drugged her to force her into physical relations with several men.

She added she was kept in house of one Dolly at Tilak Nagar in West Delhi here where several men used to come daily and rape her.

She added she was later taken to Mumbai where she was confined by other accused Anil and his two friends and was repeatedly raped by them and others there for almost a year.

The police had registered a rape-cum-kidnapping case here in December last year against five persons out of which Sanjay and Sumit are still absconding.

Two other accused Babita and Anil are behind the bars while Dolly has been granted bail.
