Police foil abduction bid

Jhajjar SP, Patram Singh said the incident took place when a 15-year-old girl along with her younger sister, 13, were going to school.

Police apprehended the kidnappers near Mundakhera village located on Delhi-Haryana border and rescued the girls safely from their possession, Singh said.

A case under various Sections of the IPC has been registered against the accused, identified as Ravi and Paramjeet of Dulhera village here, on the complaint of the victims' father Satpal Singh.

The duo, who are being interrogated by police, would be produced before a court tomorrow, he added.
