The police have also recovered three pistols and nine live ammunition from the possession of the criminals after the encounter last night.
Anil Dhawan, Jhajjar SP, said that those arrested include Satyavaan, Dheeraj alias Neeraj alias Dhanda, all residents of Badli village and Amit and and Krishan of Ishwar Colony in Buwana village here.
All were notorious criminals against whom several cases of heinous crime had been registered with various police stations, he added.
The four had been booked under various sections of the IPC by the Bahadurgarh Sadar Police for putting hurdle in the government duty and opening fire upon the police personnel on duty in this regard, he added.
