Police today carried out a raid at the house of suspended Trinamool Congress MP Kunal Ghosh in north Kolkata, a day after he was arrested in connection with the Saradha Group ponzi scam.
Ghosh was also brought along with the raiding team.
Sources said the police seized a hard disk of a computer from Ghosh's home where the raid began early in the morning and continued for over an hour.
Ghosh, the CEO of Saradha Group's media arm, was charged under sections 420 (cheating), 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 120B (conspiracy) of the IPC.
The Rajya Sabha MP would be produced before a court in Bidhannagar today.
