Police recover body of Indian worker in Nepal

Police today recovered the body of an Indian construction worker in central Nepal.

The deceased has been identified as Kshetra Pal, 60, of Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh.

The body was found in front of Dumre Cultural Youth Family building in Dumre, here in Tanahun district, the Himalayan Times reported.

Pal had come to Nepal as a utility worker to set up a swing in an ongoing cultural and commercial function, Dumre Mahotsav since December 9 and is scheduled to conclude on December 19, the District Police office (DPO) said.

Meanwhile, the body has been sent to Damauli Hospital for postmortem and the investigation into the case has been undertaken, he said.
