The police custody of three alleged members of terror outfit Indian Mujahideen (IM) was extended by seven days today while another operative was sent to jail by a local court.

The four operatives were today produced in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate by the Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) of Rajasthan Police.

"We produced all the four members-- Mohammad Adil, Barqat Ali, Jawed and Iqbal in the ACMM court.

"The court sent Adil to judicial custody and extended the police custody of 3 others after the ATS sought extension of their custody for further investigation," said an official.

Jodhpur Police had arrested five members of IM in Jodhpur in the previous week, including main handler Mohammad Sakib Ansari.

Sakib was taken by the special cell of Delhi Police for interrogation while the four others, who had been arrested later, were handed over to the ATS by the police, which has now been investigating the case.

The interrogation so far has revealed the sinister designs of this module, which had tested the bombs made by them with the help of their mentors in a factory in Jodhpur.

They had also done a reccee of some important places like Lal Quila and Taj Mahal, Chandani Chowk, Palika Bazar.
