Two guns and a huge quantity of wires, for use to trigger explosion, were seized during a joint combing operation by BSF and state police in Odisha's Koraput district today.
The seizures were made in Kamipadar forests under Maoist-prone Narayanpatna police station limits, Koraput Superintendent of Police, Abinash Kumar said.
On a tip off, the security personnel conducted the operation in the area but apparently smelling the police move beforehand, the ultras fled, he said, adding no one has been arrested.
