A 40-year-old police Sub Inspector was crushed to death by a speeding tractor-trolley in Jhinjhana police station area of Shamli district.
The incident took place last evening near Singra village when Nardeo Singh was riding his motorcycle and the tractor ran over it, police said today.
Nardeo was posted at chosana police out-post, they said.
The driver of the tractor escaped from the spot with his vehicle, police added.
