The district police department observed 'Operation Muskan' from July 1 to July 31 during which it traced 132 missing children and restored them to their parents, a senior police official said here today.
Superintendent of Police Akhilesh Kumar Singh said at a press conference held here that during 2010 to 2015, 342 children were kidnapped from the district, out of which 283 children have been traced, while the rest of the 59 children are still in the process of being located, he said.
All of them have been restored to their parents, he said.
