A well-resourced police watch tower with modern traffic monitoring mechanism was inaugurated at Wipro Junction under Cyberabad Police Commissionerate limits here today.
Cyberabad Police Commissioner C V Anand inaugurated the new Traffic Surveillance Tower and an Audio-Visual Van (AV Van).
He said using technologically advanced monitoring system in traffic patrolling would facilitate in enhancing the security system in the IT corridor.
Anand appreciated the support provided by the IT industry in partnering with Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) in launching such initiatives.
SCSC Secretary Bharani Kumar Aroll, reiterated on strengthening the safety and security measures in the IT corridor especially women safety, according to a release from Cyberabad Police.
