Arrangements are complete for elections to two Member of Legislative Council (MLC) seats of Mahabubnagar district to be held tomorrow, an official said today.
Five contestants are in fray for the two MLC constituencies of the district which would go to polls tomorrow, Election Commission of India (ECI) Special Observer Shanthmanu said.
A total of 1,262 people would be eligible to cast their votes at five polling stations, located in Gadwal, Narayanpet, Wanaparthy, Mahabubnagar and Nagarkurnool, he said.

Gadwal, Narayanpet and Wanaparthy have been identified as the sensitive polling stations, he said.
Equipment for videography, webcasting and micro observer systems are being installed at the polling stations, he said.
Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), that prohibits an assembly of more than ten people in an area, would be invoked within 200 metres range of the polling stations at the time of polling, he said.
The Model Code of Conduct is currently in place in the district, he said, adding, counting of votes would be undertaken on December 30.
