Wire and cable producer Polycab today said it aims to achieve revenue of about Rs10,000 crore by 2020 compared to its current revenues of Rs6,500 crore.
To achieve this, the company said it has embarked ona strategy of expanding customer and distribution network and introducing new products to add to its already large product basket.
Polycab has already invested in state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities capable to achieve this goal, it saidin a release.

The product has set a benchmark by complying with RoHS standards (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), aEuropean Union directive norm, by the European Union on 1st July, 2006, the company said.
With the launch of 'Green Cables', the company alsoaims to contribute towards India's commitment to 'Go Green',it added.
"Polycab is emerging as one of India's strongest electricals companies and straddles both the Infrastructure segment and the Consumer Electricals segment," Polycab Vice Chairman & Joint Managing Director R Ramakrishnan said.
