The illegal consignment was found when the truck carrying it was stopped for checking at a naka last night after a tip off, SSP (Rural), Yurinder Singh, said.
Two brothers-- Dharmendra Singh and Kuldeep Singh-- were arrested, he said, adding that the former has already served a seven year jail term under NDPS.
