On a tip-off, police last night seized a truck loaded with 115 bags containing 4,025 Kg of poppy husk and arrested five persons, senior superintendent of police Jalandhar (rural) Yurinder Singh Hayer said.
On questioning, the five, all from Punjab, revealed that the consignment was brought from Rajasthan and had to be delivered in Doaba area.
