'The Power Rangers' movie reboot has enlisted 'X-Men: First Class' scribes Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz as scriptwriters.

'Transformers' and 'Star Trek' writer Roberto Orci has also joined as executive producer and will develop the film's story with Miller and Stentz, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In May, it was confirmed that the 'Power Rangers' would be revived for a brand new movie by Lionsgate and Haim Saban.

The new franchise will re-imagine the Power Rangers as a group of high school kids with unusual super powers, who must learn to harness their abilities as a group in order to save the world.
