The Process plant and Machinery Association of India (PPMAI) today said it has elected Yatinder Pal Singh Suri as its new president.
Suri, an Alumni of IIT Kharagpur, is currently working as MD and India head of Finland-based stainless steel major Outokumpu, PPMAI said in a statement.
PPMAI, an apex body of capital goods industry representing the process plant manufacturers in India, has members from companies serving in industries such as oil and gas processing, refineries, fertilizers, chemicals, petrochemicals, synthetic fibre, and environmental controls.
Suri is also an executive member of various committees in FICCI, CII and other stainless steel industry bodies including ISSDA.
