Senior NCP leader and former Union minister Praful Patel condoled the demise of spiritual head of BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha Pramukh Swami saying he will be missed.
"HH Shri Pramukh Swami Maharaj has been one of the greatest saints of present times. He will continue to inspire Swami Narayan Movement all over the globe. Deeply saddened by the passing away of Pramukh Swami Maharaj. He was a mentor to me and will be missed," Patel said.
Pramukh Swami, who was ailing for some time due to old age-related problems, was under treatment at Sarangpur temple of the sect and breathed his last at 6 PM in Gujarat.
