President Pranab Mukherjee today congratulated his Bolivian counterpart for his re-election as President and hoped that both nations will further strengthen and deepen their ties.
"India and Bolivia enjoy a long standing friendship. India remains committed to work with Bolivia to take forward our mutually beneficial cooperation. I am confident that in the years to come both our nations will continue to further strengthen and deepen our ties," Mukherjee said in his message to President of Bolivia, Evo Morales Ayma.
Ayma has been re-elected as Bolivia President.
"Your victory is a manifestation of the confidence that the people of Bolivia repose in you and your strong leadership.
"Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your success and the continued advancement of the people of Bolivia," Mukherjee said.
