The session will begin with the Governor outlining the Congress led UDF government's priorities for the year in his address.
A host of issues will be taken up during the 14-day long session that will end on February 21.
The discussion on the Governor's address will be held on Feb 4, 6 and 7. The session is dedicated for legislation as there are 18 ordinances to be replaced with legislation.
